In-Person and Virtual Reiki and Breathwork Sessions
(Fridley, MN)

Reiki and Breathwork are more than just healing practices — they’re invitations to slow down, reconnect with your body, and return to your true self. Whether you're holding stress, navigating physical discomfort, or simply craving a moment of stillness, these modalities help release what no longer serves you and create space for deep restoration and presence.

At Root to Bloom, Anna offers both Reiki and Embodied Breathwork sessions to support the unique needs of mothers and women in all seasons of life. Reiki gently clears energetic blockages and promotes balance in your nervous system, while Breathwork uses intentional rhythms to help you process emotions, regulate your body, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

When you book a session with Anna, you’re prioritizing your well-being with a practitioner who deeply understands the demands of motherhood and the journey of coming home to yourself. Her warm, intuitive approach creates a safe and grounded space for transformation — whether you're seeking emotional release, energetic alignment, or a sense of calm amidst the chaos.

Sessions are offered in-person in Fridley, MN, or virtually from anywhere. Step into a space where your healing is held with care — and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply supported on your path.

FAQs for Reiki and Breathwork Sessions

General Questions

  • Comfort is key! I recommend cozy clothing, a water bottle, and a journal if you’d like to capture any reflections. A blanket, pillow, and eye mask can help you relax even deeper. If you're joining virtually, headphones can make the experience more immersive. Bring anything grounding that feels supportive to you (like crystals or essential oils).

  • f you’re attending virtually, find a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. Set up your device securely so I can see you, dim the lights, and create a cozy, supportive environment for yourself. For in-person sessions, I’ll have everything ready to help you feel safe, grounded, and cared for.

  • Yes. Both Reiki and Breathwork can stir emotions as your body releases stored tension and energy. You might experience peace, grief, joy, or even laughter. All emotions are welcome and are part of your natural healing process.

Reiki Healing Questions

  • Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that channels life force energy to promote balance and harmony. By placing hands lightly on or just above your body, Reiki clears energetic blockages, reduces stress, and supports your body’s natural healing abilities.

  • You’ll settle into a comfortable position — either lying down or seated. I’ll guide you through a short grounding meditation, and then gently move through different areas of your energy field. You might feel warmth, tingling, lightness, or a sense of deep calm. Every session is unique, but most people leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and more connected to themselves.

  • Yes! Reiki transcends physical space and is just as powerful remotely as it is in person. During a virtual Reiki session, you’ll receive the same healing benefits from the comfort of your own space.

  • Yes. Reiki is safe and highly supportive during pregnancy and postpartum. It can help ease stress, promote relaxation, and support emotional balance through all stages of motherhood.

  • It depends on your needs. Some clients feel a big shift after just one session, while others benefit from regular treatments. We'll work together to find a rhythm that supports your healing journey, whether that's weekly, monthly, or seasonally.

Embodied Breathwork Questions

  • Embodied Breathwork uses rhythmic, intentional breathing patterns to help you bypass the busy mind and access deeper layers of the body. It supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a return to your innate wisdom.

  • We'll start by setting intentions, then move into an active breathing practice for about 30 minutes, followed by a guided integration and reflection time. You might experience physical sensations like tingling, heat, or energy moving, and emotions may surface. All of it is welcome and supported.

  • Yes! Tingling in your hands or face, temperature changes, yawning, or even temporary tightness in the hands (called tetany) are normal. These are signs your body is processing energy and oxygen in a new way.

  • No experience is needed! I’ll guide you through the practice step-by-step. You are always in control and can adjust your breathing at any time. The practice is accessible and can be adapted to honor wherever you are in your journey.

  • If you are currently pregnant or in the early postpartum period (especially following a cesarean birth or major surgery), it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider before participating in Breathwork.
Breathwork can create strong physical and emotional responses, and while modifications can be available, your safety and readiness should be guided by your medical team.
